Choose from flexible ways to pay for your training, with options designed to suit different budgets and needs.

How each payment method works

The methods differ in when you pay, whether approval is needed, and when your booking can be confirmed.

EFT / bank transfer

Transfer the full course amount directly from your bank account when EFT is offered for your booking.

How it works

  • Confirm your course, date and total with Stella Academy.
  • Use only the banking details and payment reference supplied for that booking.
  • Your booking is confirmed after the payment is verified.

Good to know

  • Bank processing times can delay confirmation.
  • Keep your proof of payment until your place is confirmed.

Credit or debit card

Pay the full amount through the secure payment screen when a card option is presented at checkout.

How it works

  • Choose the card option on the payment screen.
  • Enter your details with the payment provider, not by email or message.
  • Complete any bank authentication and return to Stella Academy for the result.

Good to know

  • Your card and bank must support the transaction.
  • A pending or failed result does not reserve a place.

Payflex

Payflex is a buy-now-pay-later service. Its Pay in 4 plan can divide an approved purchase into four equal payments.

How it works

  • If Pay in 4 is offered, pay 25% upfront at checkout.
  • Pay the remaining three 25% instalments every two weeks over six weeks.
  • Manage the payment schedule directly with Payflex.

Good to know

  • Approval is required; you must be 18 or older and have a valid South African ID and an eligible supported card.
  • The plan is interest-free when paid on time. Missed-payment fees may apply.

Mobicred

Mobicred is a revolving credit facility that can be used at participating merchants, subject to approval and your available limit.

How it works

  • Apply with Mobicred and receive your credit decision and limit.
  • Choose Mobicred only when it is presented for your Stella Academy purchase.
  • Your Mobicred spending is repaid through your account's monthly instalment.

Good to know

  • Applicants must be 18 or older, with a valid South African ID, bank account, email address and mobile number.
  • Your interest and fees are set out in your individual credit agreement.
