3. Course Enrolment & Access
When you purchase a course, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the course materials for your own educational use. This licence does not expire. You may not share, redistribute, resell, or reproduce any course content without our prior written consent.
4. Payments
All payments are processed securely through PayGate. Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is due at the time of enrolment.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are generally not available once course content has been accessed. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing your course, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.
6. Certificates
Upon successful completion of all modules in a course, you will receive a digital certificate of completion. Certificates are issued by Stella Academy and confirm that you have completed the coursework.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including text, images, videos, logos, and course materials — is the intellectual property of Stella Academy or its content creators. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
Stella Academy provides educational content for informational purposes. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from completing our courses. The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
